Konichiwa le Japon
Et bien, c'est fait, je suis arrivé au Japon dans ma chambre d'hôtel de Tokyo, sans encombre et sans pluie. Mais avant d'être dans mon lit, j'ai du me trouver un endroit pour fumer en sortant de l'aéroport (18 heures sans fumer). Par la suite, j'ai fait une heure de train pour me rendre à Tokyo et j'ai cherché mon hôtel pendant 45-60 minutes à pieds. Pas facile de trouver ...
Airport Roulette, Toilets, & MSG
... didn't bring a wad of cash to exchange (and we didn't), finding an ATM proved to be an unexpectedly huge challenge. Thanks to trial-&-error and the help of several well-meaning concierges, we found out that 7-11 (which is actually also a bank) is the only place we found that accepted cards from the US. When you need Yen, go for the orange&green slurpee machine, friends! :)

... I settled on a small samsonite one though, it was about 27500 yen or so, perfect size for small trips or souvenier overloads :)
After dropping that back home it was time to visit Shinjuku, it's a magical land i'd passed through but never taken the time to stop at :) It's meant to be full of shops so I figured lets see what we can get.

Japan - Hiroshima to Tokyo
... on Club Asia in the Shibuya area. It was a "Japanese reggae" night which just ended up being all mashed up english songs, so we got to have a good dance and sing along with the locals. Throughout the night they had singers and dancers on stage which was different.
Getting a taxi on the way home I noticed that the taxi doors open and close automatically, cooool!
