We are off in search of the whale shark, a slow-moving filter feeding shark and the largest extant (not extinct) fish species. The largest confirmed individual has a length of 12.65 metres and a weight of more than 21.5 tonnes (47,000 lb). Garraffon charges a lot to get into and we read from Lonely Planet that their was another way to get in-through the hotel next door. We saved a lot and even saw more.
