    ... An impromptu Catamaran trip out to sea with new mate Alice - a goodbye treat. Glorious weather again today, turquoise is back baby!! Then a quick swim, pack and i can safely say i exhausted my time in the resort. The turquoise (!) automobile was awaiting me after checkout, with a surprise horse-drawn carriage (and i mean carriage, not cart) thrown in. The driver had no license to pick me up from the hotel door so sent his brother in a carriage to pick me ...

    Hola. The tropical storm is apparently coming and caused a short notice cancellation of seafari. Disappointing. Success came in the form of a short wifi spell so posted my blog posts online i hope, and birthday wishes for my mum! :) A beach volleyball session with locals and a quick swim in the morning. Elementary schools in Cuba are run more or less the same way as US ones. The differences are mostly little things. For instance, the students have to wear uniforms.
