Acapulco during the early 2000's was a haven for sun-seeking, bar hopping tourists until war between drug cartels normally concentrated within the suburbs of Acapulco spilled toward the beachfront. None more publicized than the 2008 killing of 2 Canadian tourists by stray bullets in front of their hotel lobby. books. We decided that the option of tripping the light fantastic in
the Cocacobana and other apparently well known night clubs would be
out of our reach and instead took in the cliff divers of La Quebrada which
were very cool. The boys well of course they wanted to give it a go
... us recovered ours. We spent about thirty minutes playing that first hole, and even though I pared it, yes it's true, we decided to play best ball after that for times sake. After that first hole it started to get pretty rough for me. Troy was also having it pretty rough. I wont say how many balls we lost combined, but I will say that Troy hit more highway shots than I did. :-) We all had a great morning and our game took about 5 to 6 hours.
