... to scores of hippies flocking here in the late 60's to take up rent free residence in the caves used for burials in Roman times.
We parked at the beach, there were a couple of other tourist cars parked, but no sign of the hippies, we were expecting groups of wrinkled faces with grey ponytails to be here!

Just an occasional hail storm this morning, so we are going to drive into Heraklion the 5th largest city in Greece and the capital city of Crete. We stopped along the way first to let Logan have a run and then to shop, as well as food we bought a cheap electric fan heater, we thought that when we have hook up we could use it instead of the diesel heater. Also as we will be coming back across Europe in the winter it will ...

We stayed in bed waiting for the place to warm up again this morning, we can hear the hail bouncing on the roof. We have coffee and biscuits with the campsite owners and ask if we can use the washing machine. There still isn't any WIFI this morning and our signal is rubbish and as we need to confirm some information for our spring travel arrangements we set off to find some unlocked free WIFI. We parked outside the Aquarium and yes, ...
