    ... and the gentlemen were watching my expression expecting me to not like it. I like bitter schnapps and had two of them. I slept well. It was interesting eating in the local pub. There were children and dogs all around. Both were very well behaved. I noticed that all the dogs we have come across were well trained and behaved. There was one pup on the ferry to the castle and was doing very well on the boat. Off to Salzburg tomorrow. Photos ...

    ... latte macchiatos, buffet lunch, and 4 course gourmet dinner. I think full board would be drinks as well, hard to tell as our german is rusty. We do pretty well in french, but Jenna has the best grasp in german. Very little english here, except for reception staff, so we point and guess a lot, and be thankful for what we get. They have two giant wheels driving the pumps, which chime on every rotation to indicate they are still operating, which they have done for around 150 years. We even tried a few drops of pure salt water, which has the highest possible salt saturation and just 2 drops were enough to make you thirsty!
