We returned to our room to write yesterday's blog, before heading off once again to Puy Du Fou. Jane decided to take a jacket as we weren't sure of the weather forecast for today. Last night, an employee of the hotel saw us heading off for the night water spectacle and he kindly suggested we take jackets as it can be cool by the lake at night. ... organ while water and fire sprout from above and within the structure while on the lake different lighting effects are used as sprays of water appear and the actors continue to perform. This performance lasted 30 minutes. Once again our description is totally inadequate but if you are coming to Europe you MUST visit Puy du Fou - it is AMAZING!!! It is hard to believe that we know on of no one who has visited here before.

... to go onto a campsite at riverside as €14.00 for night and 3 hours free WiFi seemed a bargain.
There was no other show in town so we were all parked up in the lovely site by 20:00. There were not too many on site and it was refreshing not to be surrounded by too many more tourists.
Dinner cooked up and a stroll around the site in fading light.

... done! I had a Post office Travel Card which I loaded with Euro's prior to leaving and this could be used to get cash or pay for items like a switch card. I had twice tried to pay for fuel with it but it was declined. I subsequently located a cash point and it worked - will be calling them when I get back.

There is a trail you follow and it is a green line that takes you all over the place and we laughed at how the guy who painted it must have had some fun.
