... We could not have done it without you. Jeff and Doris were in Europe for a meeting and trip, when they got the news about Mom. They quickly flew home. With little sleep and (a bad cold preventing me from hugging her,) we all sent Doris our rambling words and as Janet says, she “worked her magic” to order our memories into a flowing talk. ... this morning we thought we better check out some of Florida's famous beaches. That was kind of my point for stopping here, also to break up the journey as America is so vast.
