    ... nice, I then walked to Navy Pier and took a speedboat trip out onto Lake Michigan. It was really good, and the view of the skyline was brilliant.     ... and very fussy. She cried for about 10 minutes before we could get her to settle down for the night. The last hour was quiet as the lights were dimmed on the train.     ... and the real shrimp lover amongst us was suitably impressed. Tuesday morning saw our time in chicago come to an end as we headed to the airport for our flight to boston. Overall we really enjoyed Chicago and would definitely recommend it. Apparently it has a huge crime rate but we didn't ever feel unsafe and with little expectation heading there it was a real surprise to us what a great city it was.     ... and snacks at their fabulous new apartment on the 42nd floor of the Tides Building. Floor to ceiling windows and a balcony gave us an incredible view of Grant Park, Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyscrapers. Then we headed our for a lovely Chinese meal across the road and a good chat.

    We didn't even get a chance to check out the fabulous shopping or lively dining districts or some of the other famous museums - we will be back!
