I got off of work about 3pm on Wednesday to finally see some pretty clear skies after a TON of rain the past couple days. Can't let that go to waste! Every Wednesday, there is a festival at the Chamorro Village in the downtown area of Agana. There vendors, music, traditional foods, and lots of people. ... about sharks, even in shallow waters, but you are mostly amazed at how much life is around you. For an hour, we explored the clear, blue waters and excitedly pointed to different fish we saw...
