After 23 hours awake we had caught a train, two planes and a bus and feel into our bed of a little French hotel close to St Gare railway station. Swiss Air, great service, staff and food, thumbs up beat Lufthansa for friendliness by a country mile. Zurich airport great transit very efficient, we only have 40 minutes and immigration was so quick. ...

Checked out of my hostel but left my bag there for the day. Walked down the street to a little cafe. Sat outside in the sun and enjoyed my coffee and croissant. Met an older gentleman whose hobby is wine. He gave me names of all of his favorite places to drink in Paris! What a nice man! Can't wait to check out all of these spots!

... just walk all over you. So this was our connecting train that we payed for so we could make up some time. We only just made it to our next train. The platform said it was heading to Grasse, well Nice is a couple of stops before so we had to work that one out. You could see how the seating (for about 5,000) was tiered above the arch entrance ways and there were rooms to the side. Nice and Monaco

... up. The bus ride to Monaco had some beautiful views and some of the houses were so expensive and very impressive. Once there we head to the Grand Casino. It is a very impressive building but on the inside detailing was fantastic, it was really grand. For dinner tonight we had it at a restaurant by the water.
