The train ride to Qiqihar was long and cramped and of course I was shot some crazy looks. The train went through the country side and there were the biggest farms that I have ever seen, literally as far as the eye can see were just fields and fields of random crops. Eventually in Qiqihar I did find my contact at the train station....my bosses niece who is a huge ***** by the way, but that's a whole other story....
... from May to July is the most favorable season to visit Qiqihar.
