We stayed at this Hotel room only 12 hours. We found it suited us very well for what we required of it. It had two large singles and it was very clean.
The swimming pool was used by our family and found very refreshing. The breakfast was continental and very basic. The staff were helpful when required and if visiting Nice again, would use it again.

Were up at 6.30am for a trip to Nice from Firenze (Florence). The weather was cloudy after a rainy night and very humid. Breakfast was scrabbled eggs and bacon along with some juices.

I cant say enough good things about the time we've had in ...
... A group of us went and walked through the area where the bikes will be racing. Several of the girls saw scored some free gifts of candy and scarves, and joined in some dancing with a vendor.
We went to the beach (which was really made of large and small rocks). There, Nia B. became truly at home. She pranced through the water, buried herself in the rocks, and frolicked with some of the other girls. Nancy had a brief scare ...
... sour dough baguette with fresh soft goats cheese and olive tapenade. It was only €2.50 for the round of cheese compared to probably about NZD16 for similar back home.
Saw lovely big artichokes from Italy and some purple and white asparagus. Next door were large raspberries and blackberries but very expensive at €3.50 for a small chip so we gave that a miss. Oranges and strawberries are also about double the price of Spain. Incidentally so is ...
