      A short but likeable stay

We stayed at this Hotel room only 12 hours. We found it suited us very well for what we required of it. It had two large singles and it was very clean.
The swimming pool was used by our family and found very refreshing. The breakfast was continental and very basic. The staff were helpful when required and if visiting Nice again, would use it again.

      Hi all

Were up at 6.30am for a trip to Nice from Firenze (Florence). The weather was cloudy after a rainy night and very humid. Breakfast was scrabbled eggs and bacon along with some juices.

We left on our journey travelling through Tuscany and saw scores of kilometers of orchards, and potted trees. The trees are a major export …

We parked at the aquarium and travelled on sensor operated escalators and then a lift to the top. Opposite the aquarium are the houses of Princess Caroline and Princess Stephanie. Caroline was home. We then continued up the road to St Nicholas Cathedral where Prince Rainier and Grace Kelly were married and both are buried. Then we continued around the corner to the palace. ...

As a frequent flier (32 flights, all since 2005!) I'm pretty comfortable with the whole flying thing. It's remarkably simple; you go through all the necessary security nonsense and wait around for far longer than should be needed. You are then ushered into a big metal cylinder and magically transported to a far flung destination where the people all speak funny. All flights are pretty much the same, bar some minor variances between carriers and aircraft model, so nothing is ...

... Castle which now houses the Picasso Museum, which we didn't go into. Beside this was the old Church of the Immaculate Conception. We continued to wander through the streets around this area and then headed up to catch the bus home.
We don't seem to have much luck though with getting buses home! Our plan was to get the bus on the other side of Antibes, but we couldn't find the bus stop for the Nice bus, so we walked back to where we had got off near ...
