        ... used to be a little town of its own right with old buildings and squares/plazas. It was alright. One big lesson learned today was that, in Mexico, the word "salsa" means "sauce". It breaks my heart knowing that these families struggle and yet they tried to give us tortillas and coke which they could use to feed their families for a couple of days. The nuts are poured in the fryer then moved through the oil down a chute to a basket. This eliminates any lifting by the workers and allows more nuts to be done at one time.         Today we visited the number one public high school (grades 10-12) here in Cuernavaca where they have roughly 2400 students split between 2 sessions: morning and afternoon. There are 50 teachers that cover 32 subjects varying from Math, Chemistry, Biology, English, and other subjects that are like what we have in the United States. Unlike the teachers in the elementary schools we saw last week where they were still studying to become teachers, the teachers here ...

        ... and relaxed out by the pool. Then Sarah, Mallory, Molly and I did an Insanity workout! We then walked over to Blockbuster and rented Despicable Me 2 and then got ice cream.
