      ... about 7min left, we raced to find and board our train and made it with a minute to spare. We settled in to our mostly private carriage and tucked into our breakfast of potato chip sandwiches (using bread we'd stashed away from last night's restaurant), sweet breads brought from the grocery story, and bottled water.
