      ... way down to warm up while eating an Nussgipfel ( famous swiss Nut-sticks) Everywhere you go even on the Base-camp where the Lift brings you up to the Säntis you see Constructions going , they are really cementing and filling Switzerland with concrete this day's greatly diminishing the upon a time quality of Live with it.... it is getting too crowded at least for me ...

      ... br> Had a great time with both families...the kids were great with Max and everyone got along so well.
      We didn't get back to Rapperswill until late....ate a good dinner (Christoph is a great cook!), did some repacking and said our good byes. They both had to leave for work early the next day.
      Shane and I found the train...made our way to Zurich and then Geneva. One night at the Airport hotel then twenty hours in transit home.

This tiny country is most famous for selling postage stamps, and the fact that almost every European tour operator includes a few minutes here so they can boast of another country visited. Marcello took us to the towns Rose Garden, showed us around a little of the old town and then let us loose for an hour which included our lunch time.       I took German classes just before we left on our trip. My instructor is a 30 something German woman who married a Texan and now lives in kerrville. She told us about the hundreds of public wellness centers across Germany. Any town of any size has one...there are over 1000 in all.
      This is not to be confused with a gym...no exercise is done here...only relaxation. We got our chance in Meersburg. Harry ...
