      ... but with only half the course open due to the poor visibility. There was no tubing which was a bit disappointing. We took a few turns each to slide down and got wet butts from stacking it a few times. It was actually really difficult to see where you were going and I was surprised why they hadn’t closed it down yet due to the bad conditions. The only good thing that came out of this was that I saw snow for the first time! (hooray!)

      Left the camp, in pouring rain again!! Crossed the bridge and we were back in Switzerland again. No customs, or visible border post here, so where we would have got our Swiss road toll form if we did not already have one, who knows?       ... ourselves after our long journey we took a wander to their lovely garden area on the lake and had a couple of pre dinner drinks before returning to dine al fresco at the hotel - food was good (not as good as the night before) an the wine choose (by Tony) was fab - Chianti Reserva!       ... were a bit tired. We got back and headed to the hotel to ask about a good place for dinner. We knew we had to get moving or we would be out for the night. We ended up walking to an Italian restaurant and had a nice dinner outside. I had a ravioli with spinach and ricotta and Marlin had risotto with shrimp. Nice change from fried meats!! We stopped in our way back for some gelato (Swiss chocolate for me and Carmel for Marlin). I think we were back 15 minutes before it was lights out!! What a ...
