    ... Having said that I just learnt a catchy phrase:

    Wer nichts wird, wird Wirt, wer gar nichts wird, wird Betriebswirt.

    He who doesn't want do become anything, learns hospitality. He who definitely doesn't want to do become anything, learns business economics! Or you could say losers go into hospitality and complete losers study BWL. A bit unfair I would say!

    ... have been on the Danube for several days now more medieval villages and Castles along the way. A visit to Salzburg the birthplace of Mozart and the setting for the famous film The Sound Of Music. This was a special day . The next day a visit to Melk Abbey was extremely impressive. The Abbey still operates as a Catholic High School with 940 students. Latin and Greek are still taught here. We are in Vienna today more Cathedrals and historical buildings. Tonight ...

    ... than nothing. Beautiful scenery with wonderful Autumn colours.Tonight we had our second
    Chefs Special 5 course Dinner – absolutely delicious. Niko, the Romanian chef,
    and Lucian the Maitre d’ and staff certainly know how to make you feel special.

    Early to bed for an
    early start tomorrow. At 4am tomorrow we will cruise through Frankfurt and
    leave the Main for the Rhein.

    ... is a must, German is a plus! I think a foreign language makes you humble, patient and most of appreciative of how you take certain basics for granted. Just another one of lifes lessons.

    And of course I couldn't have done any of it without Steffie. She has helped me with everything, even though its been hard for her as well and her love and support is something that I will always cherish as we move into the future together.
