I enjoyed Venice, especially St. Mark's Square. I thought it was relaxing (after running from one bridge to another) to sail through the Grand Canal althought DH thought the water was 'smelly.' Venice is not an easy place to get around in, but there is always someone available to help in pointing you in the right direction.

Spent a few days at the camp ground in cabins. Had dinner at restaurant and read books and did nothing except look for Ryan's bag that he'd left on a bus.
