Where can I begin with this crazy trip? I came here to visit my beloved Kinga baBinga and I have been having a great time.

So, what are my opinions on Poland?
I think it's a really nice country. I have made some lovely friends here and met some lovely people. Many people are friendly, and most are more than willing to practice their spoken English. I am staying in a small city called Rzeszow. There are around 200,000 people ...

My divine guide, Alicja, collected me from Premium Hostel at 830am and we battled the traffic to head west out of Krakow toward Jaroslaw. I'd ...

We're In Poland Where The Roads Are Smooth

A travel blog entry by istanbultoparis on Aug 09, 2010

      Hi Everyone,

We had another good day covering 84 miles. The border crossing from the Ukraine into Poland did not disappoint - it was certainly interesting although we didn't have the 10 hour wait that we'd heard others have had to endure. We are also very pleased to now be travelling westwards - it is a real turning point (both psychological and literal) in ...

Relaxing and having fun with my cousins

... to Gabrielka's count :-)) Fortunately they just got a trampoline so I had a chance to work off some of the calories afterword! Burning calories came with a price however, since somehow Asia and I got the idea that it would be fun to jump on the trampoline with her sitting on my shoulders. While I did enjoy myself while this was going on, the next day, ohh my ...
