Left for belgium this morning. Just entered the french speaking country and I read about some caves in liege, belgium that I will try to find. And then onto brussels.. an intereting thing in europe is all the public bathrooms cost money to use... here are some pictures of the roads. The sign that looks like a ghost busters sign means theres no speed ...

On Sunday, we embarked on our journey from Kaiserslautern, Germany to Brugge, Belgium. We had a scheduled FIVE trains to get us to our destination. After misinterpreting our first itinerary and missing the very first train, we were able to catch another train to get us back on track towards Brugge. ... in time to see the GP3 race, followed by the GP2 cars. Crazy that the GP2s were so much louder than the now strangely quiet turbo F1s.

The Porsche cup cars then had their race, resembling a demolition derby with cars off left right and centre in front of us. Maybe the most exciting race of the day!

After Andy had downed a Belgian waffle and a hamburger, and I'd eaten some hot chips and a filter coffee (!), the F1s were on. We had high hopes ...

Up earlyish at 6.30am. Lovely breakfast at 7.30am. Pastries every morning is lovely but I miss my toast and vegemite. Left for track at about 8.30am. Good run there. Interesting parking in parking 36 trying to avoid the mud. I had to get out so two parking peeps could push the car back with Brad driving and them yelling "don't stop".
