Our last full day in Brussels we spent in the in one of their six museums, which are all situated in a large set of buildings. These the magritte, fin-de-siecle, modern, wiertz, meunier and the one we looked at oldmasters.

Alas it was over too soon. We drove to the airport, turned in the car and caught our flights home.
Of course this was the trip that kept on giving; Dale and Elias’ flight from Chicago to Houston was delayed and they couldn’t make it home. After several hours drinking in high culture, we began wandering the town again, heading over to the Sablon neighborhood and past a bit of the old city walls. Our steps took us up to the museum of comic book art, which was fantastic. I couldn't help but buy a couple comic books (in French, on medieval history, what else?).
Our day ended with more beer and vodka at Delirium. Why go to any other bar, when this one has so many wonderful options?
