... moscatel with our desserts. By the end of all this, we had an hour to kill before the Museum of Contemporary Art reopened, so found a shady bench outside the church. I never cease to be amazed at the serious way that this siesta time is taken in this day and age when people are clambering to make a living, but then it's only mad dogs and Englishmen...!! Did a stroll to find out the ATM etc. I'm always fascinated with Mediterranean towns and villages that even with hundreds of acres available they are packed into a tiny space on the hill......surrounding the church. I'm cooking shortly and I'll be taking the pictures after light dinner.Fresh pork sausage with olives ...

Montanejos was one of my favorite weekend trips. We left at 9am to head up into the mountains. After about an hour and a half, we arrived to start our first activity: adventure in the forest. This was a broad term we used to describe a series of activities. The first thing my group did was fire at some targets with a paintball gun. I was pretty bad at this, but I did finally hit the target! Next up was slack lining. I loved this! I thought I would be ...
