Arriving in Basel
We arrived earlier this afternoon in Basel. Flight delayed 30 minutes leaving Houston so had to run to catch plane in Frankfurt. Switzerland - Day 13

Switzerland - Day 12
... snow gloves and a proper winter jacket for Tommy. Once set we headed off to look around Lucerne, one of the sights we saw was the worlds longest wooden bridge Kapellbrucke (Chapel Bridge) and walked along it. This bridge was built in 1333 and has more than 100 early 17th century paintings in its roof recording the history of the city, there was however a fire in 1993 destroying a some of the pictures.
