    ... so thankful for all of the nice gestures people had done for Hannah and me while in Norway, so I asked her how much she needed for her ticket.  As it turns out, the big sum she was missing, and thereby greatly upsetting the driver was a whole 60 cents.  I gave her the money and that was that.     ... and a house version of patyourarm for dessert..plus tea or coffee. Off to sleep now to dream of all those mountain tomorrow... The Pyrenees are magnificent so every second the scenery is spectacular...this is what makes the whole walk worthwhile... Wish us luck for tomorrow and will keep you posted about tomorrow. Dinner, bed and breakfast in a twin room with bathroom but no sheets ( had to get out the orange slug) for 43 Eros per person...not bad don't you ...

    At the start, we found Victor and shadowed him as the peloton set off and gradually split up as it always did according to ability and speed. Victor was going really hard and we couldn’t keep up! What was worse, in the narrow roads of a small town, Terry got split up from us and was stuck for a while behind one of the ambulances that followed the race. The first climb started and we didn’t know where Terry was.
