... br> We were given a free pass for all of the local public transport, maps galore and advice on the local attractions. There’s a hotel (which will double up as a pub) at the end of the road about 10 min walk away when we recover from the trip.

And… The Views of the Jungfrau plus all the other mountains arrayed in front of us are something special (see the later pics)

... and then it sounds like a gun shot, but it is ice or rocks falling from the cliffs. It is such a peaceful walk with amazing views and crisp clean air. Oh how good it is to be alive!

I arrive in Lauterbrunnen and take the train to Interlaken where i walk back to my chalet. It will be an early night tonight. I am feeling a little worn out, so i will rest up tonight.

Tomorrow is meant to be another sunny day, but snow is expected the day after

Today is going to be a very boring entry because well, we did nothing. We had breakfast this morning and then left Paris. We started our drive to the Swiss Alps. Having 2 toilet breaks and lunch. The drive took 10 hours and it was a long 10 hours. Had a little nap here and there but my neck is so sore now because of the awkward positions... Once we got into Switzerland ...
