    ... town center has some really nice old buildings, however, they need to be taken care of.

    Also most shops are especially made for tourists, esp. for Asian ones. Asian employees work in the shops and there are Asian letters on the windows. That at least to me is a definite turn off as after all it is Heidelberg, a town famous for its history, culture and university. I guess though that everything changes over time.

    ... and just relax. While at the Heidelberg castle. Mr. Ferraro and Frau ran into Sebastian, our tour guide from the last trip! It's a small world! We weren't sure if he would remember us because it was already 2 years ago and he has had so many tours since then, but it he did remember us! It was really great to see him and say hi. We then hiked down the hill to city center. Many desperately needed some Euros after Switzerland (where we had the Swiss Franc to use) ...
