    ... as well as us. The conference delegates the moan dining room, do the hotel gave us a private room. The buffet was typical German food. Cold meat and cheeses, a ( we guesses cream of cauliflower and broccoli) soup,a lovely beef goulash type dish, and steamed veges.     ... The whole village seemed to be there enjoying Harmonica Roland sing his best songs with his accordion. We consumed a few glasses of Neuer Wein (fresh pressed wine) along with a slice of Zwiebelkuchen (onion tart). Then it was time for home and a round of cards!

    Howdy folks,

    We after two weeks of learning about Hotel Management and Tourism in Germany I can say that I am glad that it is done. Sitting down every day for 6 hours and learning, especially in German, is pretty damn hard. Sure I learnt a lot, plus I put a few new words into my vocabulary, but I'm still going to have to put in some hard work next week if I want to pass the exam.
