... were left to wander the city on our own. We stopped at a few gift shops, enjoyed some ice cream and then visited the famous bridge.
Tonight for dinner, we formally introduced ourselves to one another in our tour group and enjoyed a traditional German meal consisting of soup, turkey nuggets and fries. After a long two days of traveling, we are settling in for a good night's rest!
We left our hotel at 8 am this morning and drove to the Bridge at Remagen. We ran into some traffic, but arrived shortly after 11.
