... our way through small towns and villages in the countryside. The leaves have great colour today and in some areas have started to turn brown.
This afternoon we have arrived i
n the town of Ohlsback, Germany and once we had settled in we then went for a walk to get the kinks out. It is cold. After taking some time to enjoy Germany as we didn't get to do this on our way through in September. Tomorrow we head into France.

The final thing we did on Sunday was drive along the scenic road that winds up and through the Black Forest. Germans call this the Schwarldhochstraße, we called it the scenic road as the former is a bit difficult to pronounce. It was really beautiful, and winded about 60 km up to the highest elevation ...

Having the laziest day ever Lyndon did decide that we should at least eat well, so he cooked a perfect steak with béarnaise sauce and vegies for dinner. Perfect end to a perfect ...

We headed off around ten, all set for another longer drive to Baden Baden.

I had done some research and decided after good reviews to visit this Black Forest Spa town. It also put us in a good position for going back into France as it is directly in line with the Champagne region and Paris, and only an hours drive from Strassbourg in France, another quaint town that sounds like it is well worth a visit.
