Finals & Fun, Day 2! [Day 87]
... of Well Air) our RAs made to ask us to have a safe last American Night. Our last dinner in the dining dungeon was pasta (no pesto - ran out =/). ALSO I AM DONE WITH FINALS. Took Inter. Finals & Fun, Day 1! [Day 86]
... We saw them this morning, and they are perfect :) It's also extremely beautiful out right now - snow on the ground, mist in the air, sun in the sky. The moats look quite frozen over, too, but I highly doubt they're any stronger than yesterday.
11:25AM: Completed and emailed my history essay just in time for lunch, and only 3 words over the limit :D
12:58PM: My toes are absolutely frozen after walking around with Aaron and ...
Well, It's a Winter Wonderland [Day 85]
... to snow-related music, and eating my Sinterklaas chocolate.
I have two more pieces of Belgian chocolate for myself and I'm using it as a bribe - can't eat them until my two essays are finished, and preferably all of my studying as well!

I Will Survive Finals! [Day 84]
... and food and massages and other things cost extra). It was so cool, especially at night - you go down some steps to a small pool inside, then go outside through a curtain. The water was so warm, especially compared to the 3 degree air outside (37 degrees Fahrenheit). Because of the temperature difference, huge amounts of mist/steam were coming off the water. Combined with the darkness, I couldn't see across the pool and everything looked like some sort of lake of Avalon. ...
Sinterklaas & Lots of Lasts [Day 83]
... for a medium mixed beer and some dancing to "Zwarte Pieten Stijl" before it was back to the secret room off of Sophie's. It was a late night: we basically camped out there doing work all night. It snowed a bit later on, which was nice.
P.S. Someone - I can't remember who - said they hope we bring back the tradition of Sinterklaas with us. And I will. I am totally celebrating this every year!
