Most of the city centre is pedestrian access only, we find the tourist office, and book ourselves in for a guided walk around the city at 2pm.     We spent the morning exploring Oostende by bicycle. The town
    is extremely neat and clean and really quite a nice place to be. We essentially
    made a circuit that included the beach front and parts of the city. The beach
