Rose early around 8am to find Happy out and about – he was up at the crack of dawn. We figured out the coffee machine, and after a cup of joe we jumped on some bikes and went for a morning ride. Tide was up and the river was teeming with fish, we just couldn't figure out what they were (although they looked to be in the mullet family.) We headed up the castle, took a few pictures and struck up a conversation with a local who was out for an early morning trail ride as well. ...

We ended up with some tapas, or Pitxos (I think that's what they call tapas) instead, because at least they were on display, and we had some idea of what we might be getting...
