Recent increase price of airfare to Europe prevents many people from traveling. That is understandable. As a member of frequent flyer from United, I was able to redeem the miles to Central Europe with Lufthansa. Obviously, it saved me more cash!

Than you feel the energy decreasing and you start struggling, moving around on your saddle and go a level higher on your shifter. That does not really help and you loose too much speed. ......and than the struggle really begins !!!

... direction. There's no use standing on a small street in a town centre. It also has to be where traffic has somewhere to stop and isn't already going too fast. Some people like motorway on-ramps but there's not a lot space and by the time people are speeding up the ramp they're already fairly committed to joining the fast moving flow of traffic.

I favour motorway services. Trucks use them a lot and most lifts will probably be with truck drivers who have an empty seat ...
