... From lakeside views to ridge top climbs, our hike from Interlaken to Beatenberg to Habkern has been one of the best things we have done so far along this trip. The more sensible of people chose to start from the top and work their way down to the bottom, but we wanted a challenge. God did we get one. We have decided that if we have time we are coming back in Summer to camp. Hopefully tomorrow in Munich depending on if we can catch a lift with a DJ.

... and saw playing, and much more. They invited some guests on stage in which our tour manager and fellow Contiki traveler got up and belted out some horrible yodeling. Hahahaha which they then finished off with chugging some beer with the 45 of us going nuts for them. We then all danced around the restaurant till it closed. That was some the best yodeling experience ever!!!! Then why not end the night with a jump in the freezing cold river, as a bunch of my friends did.

... onion plaits: Karin and I walked through the markets, being snowed on, not only by confetti, but also real snow. We ate the most delicious garlic bread and yummy apple fritter things. It started to get light and Karin and I were pretty cold, so we went home again, shaked the tonnes of confetti out of our clothes and hair and were in bed again for a nap at 8:30am..
