    We knew today was going to be a rainy day, one of the very few we've had so far. The morning was bright and clear. The drive back to sea level was spectacular. It had the feel of some eastern European mountains with steep hills and distant villages dotting the landscape.     On our drive to Georgia, we pulled into the pretty little town of Rize, Turkey. We drove around looking for a place to eat hoping to find a Ramadan tent for another nice meal.

    ... up a local guide along the way prior to Rize city centre. I was assigned to the room that has a sea view! Bliss!!! I sat by the window looking at the ocean for hours.

    I decided to go out for walk around in town. I looked at butchery, then I noticed something different about the meat. It was bull's testicles. Then I looked around the meat, there was heart, liver and something hung up as well. Hmm I guess it's one of the specialities the Rizeans people eat.
