Howdy folks,

I wanted to make the most of my new semester ticket, which just cost me 150 Euros, so I took the tram to Mannheim to take some photos. Under the conditions of the ticket, I am allowed to travel anywhere in the Rhein-Neckar Area, which is pretty expansive and includes not just Mannheim and Heidelberg, but also all the way east to Wurzburg. ... and as per usual the street was lined with stalls for food, beverages and entertainment. We got lucky with the weather and I was able to take a few nice photos out and about with my 40mm pancake lens. It really makes you think about what you can take a photo of because it has a fixed focal length. But its a really compact combo and its lighter than carrying around a zoom lens.

I still take around half the shots with my compact camera as well! See if you can tell the difference.
