Today we went off to Nagoya Castle. So far it has been my favorite and not just because the SAKURA ARE RUFFIANLY IN FULL BLOOM but it had a awesome layout and design. We also went to the palace but it had been rebuilt and was all new so it wasn't as good. The we went to a shrine that was deep in a park that was more like a forest. There I saw Miko-sans! Later we found another discount figure store where I went a bit nuts =P

Gah woke up with such a sore back since the bed had a metal bar right down the center :( But I got to have a filling bacon and egg sandwich from Denny's to make up for it.
Today we went and checked out the Science Museum. One would think this would be a quick stop, but no, 6 different levels of different areas of science and interactive equipment plus a chocolate history display meant a good half of the day. Sadly the chocolate display didn't have ...

About twenty minutes into being up in the tower and no one around. We were relaxing only to hear police sirens from every direction below us. We eventually realized that the sirens were pulling up just below Nagoya TV Tower. This was the first time since being in Japan that we had seen or heard of any slight commotion.

... it was time to look to get on a train and travel just out of the city center to visit Nagoya Castle.
After arriving at Nagoya Castle. We purchase our tickets and take a walk around the grounds. Nagoya castle is massive. A lot of walk ways and path ways that lead around this massive empty mote. We grab a couple of bottles of water, some ice cream and take in the scenery of this enormous structure. Just walking around the castle was enough to be in awe of this ...
