... while to get confirmation from Google, but then we parked and walked past the hotels and construction site to find the entrance that we recognized from the bath web site.

We paid only to use the baths - lots of extras available, for more money including the spa, massages and the fish pedicure (apparently they eat the dead skin from your feet - tickling your feet and leaving you with a smile - or something like that from the English sign). Laura may have ...

... now. Keith 'volunteered' to get up first thing and go to the Spar for our groceries, so that he could buy some of the still warm strawberry and cream pastries that I have fallen in love with. I then packed a lunch and we headed back to Kékestető (the highest peak in the Matra mountains, and in Hungary) to check out the sledding hill. Our next stop was Eger, a lovely little village about 2 hours out of Budapest. We spent the day wandering the beautiful little streets and enjoying the tranquility and small town atmosphere. Eger is loaded with yellow cathedrals and similarly bright houses. There are also several lovely town squares jam-packed with restaurants and boutiques. Many vendors sold mulled wine and hot chocolate from ...

We are now starting to become pretty train savvy, or so we think. We took an earlier train to Košice to make sure we didn't miss our connection since it was the only train destined for Eger that day. And it's a good thing, because the train we had considered taking was now scheduled to arrive 15 min late so we would have missed our connection. Smugly, we hopped on our train, scheduled to depart at 18:04. It left at 18:15 and since we had a 2 minute transfer in Fuzeabony, that meant ...
