... was doing a roaring trade with packaged 1kg rounds of Gouda. Not sure if we can take cheese into NZ. Most of the windmills were working, one crushed stuff to make dyes/pigments, another crushed peanut shells to make oil and another was a sawmill. I think they were for show.
