Once we dealt with logistics of money, snacks, and bathrooms, we didn't have any time to explore but Dave did get some quick shots of the Peter and Paul Church. The train ride to Innsbruck was just as beautiful as the ride to Sargans. The Austrian countryside is lush green, ...

What a contrast to Oslo!

Today we went on a day trip to see the royal castles in Bavaria. Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Castles. Also the cute little village of Oberammergau. The cost, through Viator was $68, plus 23 euro entrance fees for the castles. Oh the countryside is absolutely beautiful. Dense woods with different shades of green, flat paddocks with green, green grass and yellow ? Dandelion flowers. Then there's mountains in the distance with a bit of snow on them. The cows ...
