We spent one week in this cosy and special hotel. We planned every evening with the owner of the hotel where to hike the day after. And every time it was a special experience. We saw a lot of mountain lakes, deers, flowers and the owner one time came with us explaining all about the area: history, geography and bothanic. ... because Ric was in the toilet- Bryan's fault - he encouraged him. We arrived walked around town and looked at the duty free shops while Ric and Bryan went for a ride. Annabel bought some stuff and lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant. Beautiful local produce where Sues local treat was bresola a dried beef and salad. ... then got some pics of us near a the edge of a cave of ice. We could even hear the ice making big cracking sounds as it moved. Then we headed back to the train and we waited while I filled my water bottle up with water from the glacier and it was the best and coldest water we have tasted our whole trip. When we got of the train and our shuttle was waiting for us so when we arrived mum and dad went in the spa and when they got out we went to dinner. Our legs are a bit sore ...
