... it was time for home. We arrived home at about 4pm Saturday, ready for a week of uni/exams before placement the next week.

Sunday I got the flu. YAY. Although I can't be too upset it is the only time I have been sick this trip so far so I should be grateful, but still it sucks!

Anyway holidays over!! Stay tuned for placement blogs covering my time in surgery.
PLEASE NOTE: They could be graphic in nature.

... good at listening to the instructions even though they were in Danish. We had a great time at Signe's all day party and the food was delicious (especially the ice cream cake).

The first ride we went on was riding in a Lego boat on a round the world tour- with the Statue of Liberty (1.4 million Lego bricks), Capitol, Egyptian style wall, and Acropolis.
There was also a ride, which was like a robotic arm for two people. Before you got on, you got a card and put it into a computer. You ...

... to go down you hold in the NED button. This may be obvious once you know but it certainly wasn’t at the time. The hotel staff needed to find out too before they could help us.

We walked into Billund (about 2 km) along a pretty walk through a sculpture park. We walked around, found an ATM (we are visiting these a lot in Denmark) and had an OK dinner in a local café. It turns out that the Billund airport is the second largest in ...
