    ... not to put the skates on we instead grabbed a couple more steaming hot mugs and a bagel whilst entertaining ourselves watching the Zamboni man prepare the ice for the eagerly waiting children.

    Wine drunk we moved along to the main square of Marien Platz that is home to the famous Glockenspiel and also has a big Christmas market. Making a note to return to the market and maybe another cheeky little wine we headed for beer drinker Mecca, the Hofbrauhaus!!

    ... day at the beer halls. This morning we thought I would be a good idea to go and explore the festival and get some pictures.
