      ... to wander around the market which sells every kind of fruit and vegetable you could ever want Devine cheeses and pastries plus loads of **** fake clothes so it could kill some time, which it did and the time went so fast I found myself on the busiest Eurostar I have ever been on.       ... like stock. Quick rewrite of the script. Soup is now on the menu. However it is a bit thin. No problem. Tip in a couple of portions of chicken fricassee. And the tatties and the broccoli. Then simmer for a while. Add pepper to taste. Despite its rather unplanned nature it was very tasty indeed. There was no need in the end to add the emergency A&B Roll to make it edible, which was the 'if all else fails' plan. And so tomorrow off to Germany. It will be strange shopping ...

      ... We chose the Pergola, for no other reason that they had a German menu on display and the prices looked reasonable. It turns out they had an English menu too, and the food was outstanding.
