Today we started with croissants and Nutella...a new favorite. We were dropped off at the Eiffel Tower. We climbed the stairs to the second level and the lift to the sommit. The views were of course stunning and very windy. We then headed to the Arc De Triomphe which is a beautiful big war monument. You have to walk under tunnels to get there because it's in the middle of the most dangerous roundabout in Europe. Here we bought 2 little paintings ...

Turns out the Swiss trains are known for being the ultimate in efficiency and safety that they are a target of French thieves before the train crossed the border. Most trains in Europe have luggage storage by your seat or in the middle of the carriage, and also have chairs facing the front and back of the train. ... with fluid and OMG they are so painful,, It has got to the stage now that I need drugs for them but why oh why did I choose France to finally get something done about it. Alan and I walked into the pharmace and with my very limited Aussie pronounced French and a lot of pointing and the very beautiful pharmace assistant broken English I managed to walk out with two lots of drugs for some relief so bring on no more fat feet.
