A German Halloween
I've been hearing about a lot about Hurricane Sandy today on the news. I can't believe I'm missing one of the most exciting things that has ever happened in Thetford. Hope everyone is staying safe! While you all have been braving out the storm I spent the weekend in Leonberg with my Mom's old friend and my mom's god daughter. It was great to spend time with them going in shops, eating good food, and playing with their dog (I miss my own dog so much!). Then yesterday ...

We're about to tuck in here at the Marriott before heading further south tomorrow to Starnberg and then over to Salzburg. The driving has been really fun. The autobahn is well marked and apart from one or two high speed aggressive road warriors, we're managing the transport with ...
Visit to Baden - Baden
... through the lovely gardens. We stopped for a beer and a glass of wine on the main square in town and did some people watching! There are a lot of people out there who are way richer than us!!!! (But not sure if they are any happier!!!). We really enjoyed the afternoon and it was nice to get away from the campground for a few hours! I'm sure Burt and Pat also enjoyed the chance to pack without having us underfoot! Burt ...
