... it often 16 years ago and the kids were funny practicing the moves. Marc was pleased to see it again and I think he was thinking of that time too with the kids and reminising. The airplane would not allow carry-ons which is quite different so we had to rearrange things and get our things rechecked. Also something different than US is young kids out of car seats and newborns in parents ...

Marc and I totally exhausted from three week trip with no breaks. From Marc's teaching, lecturing, hikes, and sight seeing we were beat. So Marc decided to take take off for Syl and Marc time and get grocery shopping in. Life is quite different in Tsukuba. Although nice you do not have all the things to see and lovely natural beauty of Totorri. We miss it already. Marc did Sudoku puzzles and read a book called Asia. I plan to read after he is done. He said the writing is very good. It ...

Tuesday saw us up early to catch the bus from the Main Bus Station, Terminal A to the airport. There are a few different providers, so don't do what we did and listen to the lady who says "airport?" and when asked if it’s non stop just shakes her head and points at her bus. Okay, so it was cheap at TW$90 a head (1.80) but it wasn’t the best bus (very wallowy) and it wasn’t the fastest.

Nevertheless we made it to Taipei International Airport with plenty of ...

It has been several days since my last confession.

We woke for weird breakfast number two. This time there were deep fried quail eggs, swedish meatballs, beef stew that was 90 percent chicken cartilage, and an absence of normal things we had found the previous day. That day we were traveling from Naha City, the capital of Okinawa, up north to Nago City, about halfway up the big island of Okinawa. We hopped on the monorail to the ...
