If we had more dosh I think we would have gone diving with them but as it happened we saw soooo much on out snorkelling trip we didn't see the need :) and just are out with them and enjoyed chilling and chatting. ... buildings which are starting to take over the tiny space along the beaches.

Everyone comes here to lay on the beaches or snorkel, but both those things are at risk if action isn't taken. This place has potential to recover but I do not see how this is possible the way things are.

... a taxi in to the center of town. Buses apparently stop only sporadically at the mosque. Then you are stuck 5 kilometers from town. We were grateful for the lift. Zack told us that he was especially happy to do a good deed because of Ramadan. We cooled down in the air conditioned mall for a bit before catching a taxi back to the hotel.
