... part of the village and went to eat, ate a Döner box. Then we walked to the Herzog-August-Biblothek and Lessinghaus for a tour by Librarians. It was very interesting and you could tell that these Women knew so much since they are surounded by books all day everyday. Then we took the bus back to Braunschweig. The village was easy to get to and I would definitely go back!
Wolfenbüttel, Lower Saxony, Germany plcouttsiep... of steel were so hot and heavy!
We listened in German which got hard after about 1 hour because focusing was difficult. It was probably a lot more interesting to the Civil and Mechanical Engineers. In any case it was a neat place to visit but I definitely did not feel like they have too many other safety precautions in place. I stayed between the "yellow walking lines" but sometimes I felt as if my shoes would melt from the hot floor!
... Delhi is a very traditional and conservative district... Whoo hoo. I was extremely thankful for the tips and experiences she shared with me. Also, she said that I probably wont need the mosquito tunnel since we will only be in the North of India. Anja, from whom I got the net, travelled to South so I guess that's a different thing. In the end, what does that mean for the kids over there?? More room for pencils and books ;o)

She travelled through South India with her friend some years ago. She also gave me her mosquito tunnel kinda thing in which I am supposed to sleep in. A very scary moment though (not only because she handed it to me in a dark, spine chilling basement). Those ...

Goslar, Lower Saxony, Germany valdellobin... Erica lived before coming to Germany, it is evident that she loved everything about Spain--it's beauty, the people, the food, etc. Oh, she's realistic and understands that Spain has it's problems--it wasn't necessarily as friendly to foreigners, and there were some other issues--but, she loved it nevertheless. With Germany, it's just not the same--to me, it's not as innately lovable as other places in this world. And it's difficult to put ...
Goslar, Lower Saxony, Germany moppet77In April 2008 there would be an International week. In that week professors from all over the world came to teach some courses at our University. Unfortunately there were not enough courses for everybody, so you had to be fast. The list, were we had to sign in were put in the hall one week before the courses started. It was 9.00 am at Monday when I went to University ...

Wernigerode, Germany v1213After just a short time in Mainz I went North to visit my friend Andi at my first university in the Harz mountains. And it wasn't even raining there! Normally Clausthal gets so much rain and fog that you hardly see the sun - and I have 3 years of experience to be able to say it's true :-)
