... pleasant. we cooked tea before boarding the ferry, this ferry is older than the one we arrived on and our cabin, an inside one isn't as comfortable, I find it a little claustrophobic and although we turned the ventilation up the temperature wouldn't drop below 27 degrees, may be were sleeping over the engine room where the men are stoking the fires!! The ferry set sail on time and we went to bed in our hard beds, as it's an early start, we dock in Piraeus at 6.00 ...

Before leaving the campsite we walked Logan on the beach, it's makes your ankles ache walking on the pebbles. The sea is much calmer, but the wind is still cold and gusty.
We set off to drive to the next village, we had to drive up into the mountains across one of the deep ravines and then come back down again.
The drive was lovely with the sun shining on the fresh snow. We frequently stopped to take photographs, once again we had ...

We drove into Georgioupolis to buy some bread afterwards we walked Logan on the beach for an hour or so, there are a lot of resort hotels with beach frontage. The beach is lovely, it's very long and wide with soft white sand. It's difficult for us to visualise what it must be like here in 'the season' as neither of us have had a resort type holiday.
After ...
